The client was the European arm of a world leader in manufacture of computer accessories and printers, having its presence in most of the countries in the European Union.
Challenges
The client was looking to implement a single window, multi lingual portal, with the intention of Warranty Management and Claims processing for its customer base across countries in the European Union.
Solution
MindWorx architected, designed and developed a multilingual portal. The portal was incorporated with a comprehensive branding guidelines as per the standard operating procedure of the customer.
