We are hiring on Urgent Basis for Domestic/International Voice Process.
Responsibilities:
•Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database. Determinesrequirements by working with customers.
•Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
•Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Requirements:
•Excellent Oral Communication Skills in Hindi/ Marathi/English /Telgu/Guajarati/Malyam& Any Language.
•Qualification:-10th /12th / Under Graduate Fresher & Experience (Male &Female) Both Are Welcome.
•Should be comfortable in any location of pune
•Excellent Presence of Mind.
•Govt. ID Proof. (Any)
•Able to work in Rotational Shifts.
•Interview timings -12 pm to 4 pm (Mon to Sat)
Industry:-
•BPO / Call Centre / ITES
Location : Shivaji Nagar(pune)
