Position open for :- field Support Engineer - dextop and laptop repairs
Salary: 8000 - 10000 RS PM
Gender: Male only
Jobs Description :
- Providing on-site technical support for desktop PC, Laptop, Server, Network.
- Perform hardware / OS and limited software troubleshooting.
- Experience: min 2 months to 2 years
Requirements :
- Hardware and Networking Course, Diploma in IT or computer science/MCSE/CCNA etc.
- Able to systematically and be confident in delivering the solution to archive total customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge in PC hardware and Windows Desktop /Server OS.
- Preferably to those having some experience in face to face customer service skill.
- Preferably to those having their own transport due to the nature of the job.
