PGDM - HR (2010-12) Fresher - looking for Job in HR - Pune

I have completed my PGDM with HR specialization from Indira Institute of Management, Pune and currently i am looking for a job in HR. I have also done my summer internship for 2 months from The O Hotel, Pune on the topic Competency Mapping Based on Job Description of Employees and apart from this i was the part of recruitment process, payroll process, joining formalities, full and final, fillings, etc. and 2 months from HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. on Recruitment Strategy of Employees. I have also done workshop on Balance Score Card, Payroll Process, Performance Management, Negotiation Skill, Problem Solving and SPIN Selling.
