TresVista is seeking a proactive and creative Learning and Development Intern to support its employee development initiatives. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about designing engaging learning experiences and contributing to a culture of continuous growth.

The Learning and Development (L&D) function at TresVista plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee capabilities and driving organizational excellence. The team designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs that align with business goals and foster professional development across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

•Checking the training needs and facilitating the training for various departments and programs
•Liaising with various teams/departments to create modules for training
•Analyzing the effectiveness of training and assessments conducted at all levels
•Analyzing the feedback received for the training conducted
•Preparing presentations to update the activities and initiatives of the training team
•Managing people and developing talent framework as appropriate
•Identifying the areas of improvement at an individual and group level
•Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies
•Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization
•Managing a team comprising of Analysts and Training Administrator to facilitate coordination activities related to training
